Monitoring of CDR Credential Use/Misuse

Monitoring Compliance with the ADA/CDR Code of Ethics for the Profession of Dietetics
To report violations of the ADA/CDR Code of Ethics for the Profession of Dietetics, send an e-mail to ethics@eatright.org.

Verification of Registered Status of Credentialed Practitioners
On-line verification can be obtained through the CDR Web site. To obtain on-line verification, go to the CDR home page and click on the On-line Credential Verification Search icon. The credentialed practitioner's registration identification number and state of residence must be provided.

To obtain written verification of credential status, provide the name and registration number (if available) of the individual along with your name, phone, fax or address by e-mail at cdr@eatright.org, phone at 312-899-0040 Ext. 5500 or fax at 312-899-4772.
