CDR Credentialed Member Input Needed-Draft Revised Code of Ethics

The ADA/CDR Code of Ethics Task Force has revised the Code of Ethics for the Profession of Dietetics and is asking for credentialed practitioner input. 
The comment period for CDR credentialed membersto submit their input on the draft revised Code of Ethics is October 24, 2008-January 23, 2009.  You can access the draft revised Code on the link below for review in advance of completing the survey questions related to this document.

CDR credentialed member input will be utilized to finalize the Code of Ethics before presenting the document to the ADA House of Delegates, ADA Board of Directors and Commission on Dietetic Registration for approval in spring 2009.  If the document is approved, it will be published in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association in August 2009.  The implementation of this revised Code of Ethics for the Profession of Dietetics will be in effect as of January 1, 2010.

Please respond to the survey questions after you have reviewed the draft revised Code of Ethics. It is estimated that it will take 10-15 minutes to complete.  The link below will give you access to the on-line survey and draft revised Code.
