To submit your Professional Development Portfolio Learning Plan on-line, click on the The Following Link, which will access the ADA/CDR on-line business center. Please follow these steps:
- Type in your registration identification number and Web password. Click on the submit button. Your personal profile page will appear.
- Go to thetop of the page, and click on the "CDR Credentialing" tab.
- Click on the "Learning Plans" tab.
- Click on the "Add Plan" button.
