Quality Management Evidence Based Practice Initiatives — to support establishment of new and update of existing SOP/SOPP.

CDR Diversity Scholarships — The Academy Foundation administers a diversity scholarship fund established by CDR to award twenty scholarships annually. More information is available at the following link http://www.eatrightfoundation.org/foundation/scholarships/

 CDR Doctoral Scholarship — The Academy Foundation administers a Doctoral scholarship      fund established by CDR to award ten doctoral scholarships to RDs enrolled in a doctoral    degree program.  CDR Registered Dietitian Scholarship — The Academy Foundation will administer this new  scholarship fund established by CDR to provide scholarships to Doctoral Prepared Non-RDs  seeking to obtain the RD credential.  CDR Grassroots Marketing Grant — The Academy Foundation administers a grassroots    marketing grant established by CDR to providing funding to CDR credentialed practitioners who are promoting CDR credentials to employers or other stakeholders. CDR Simulation Grant — The Academy Foundation administers a simulation grant established by CDR to support the development of simulations addressing ACEND supervised practice competencies in topic areas suited to simulations. Priority will be given to proposals that are adaptable in a wide range of settings and accessible to the profession at large for use. CDR Leadership Grant — The Academy Foundation administers a Leadership grant established by CDR to provide financial support to RDs and DTRs to obtain leadership training. The training programs should prepare individuals to move into leadership positions within their organization. CDR Advanced Practice Residency Grant — The Academy Foundation administers an Advanced Practice Residency Grant established by CDR to provide funding to institutions to establish or enhance ACEND-accredited advanced practice residency programs. Funding is limited and will be capped at $30,000 per institution. New and existing programs are eligible to apply. Funds may be used for: start up costs, program materials, staffing, salary deferment, promotion and advertising, and student fees.
