We have recently been notified by our office building management that Commonwealth Edison, our electrical services provider, will be shutting down electrical service to CDR’s office building  beginning at 6:00 PM CT on Friday, May 26th  in order to perform electrical work in the building over the weekend. Our IT Department will begin shutting down services at 5:00 PM CT on Friday. Electrical service will be restored on Monday, May 29th at 6:00 AM CT.  During this timeframe you will not be able to access your Step 3: Learning Plan, or your Step 4: Activity Log. Special Notice: For CDR credentialed practitioners scheduled to recertify May 31, 2017, your Step 3: Learning Plan must be submitted to CDR on or before May 31st. Do not delay submitting your Learning Plan. Although all learning activities must be completed on or before May 31, 2017, your Step 4: Activity Log must be submitted by June 30, 2017.

Eligibility Pathways

 

Pathway I

  • Completion of an Associate degree granted by a U.S. regionally accredited college or university with the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) Accredited Dietetic Technician Program.*

Pathway III

  • Completion of a Baccalaureate degree granted by a US regionally accredited college/university, or foreign equivalent, and completion of an Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD).

* A graduate of a ACEND Accredited Dietetic Technician Program is defined as a student who was initially enrolled in study on-site at a ACEND Approved Dietetic Technician Program, even if that program lost approval prior to the student's graduation. In the event the program is not currently approved, the transcript will be used to verify past approval status.

** A foreign degree equivalency statement must be submitted to verify that the foreign degree is equivalent to a degree granted by a U.S. regionally accredited college/university.
