- Required successful completion of pre-work modules and assessment test that will prepare you for the live virtual event, focusing on foundational concepts in weight management science and evidence-based practice. An 80% passing score is required for the assessments.
- The live virtual event (three dates or four dates) will focus on experiential learning activities and will develop your critical thinking and problem-solving skill set.
- Successful completion of a take-home post-test. The post-test must be completed one week following the course with a passing score of 80%.

Please note that the CSOWM certification and the Certificate of Training in Obesity in Pediatrics and Adult Virtual Courses are two totally separate programs. The former is a certification program and the latter are certificate of training courses.
