Behavioral Management Practice Breakout Session

Colleen Flattum, MS, LD
 


Colleen Flattum is currently the Senior Program Manager in the Division of Epidemiology and Community Health, School of Public at the University of Minnesota. Colleen has extensive research experience including intervention development, design and delivery, project management, coordination, teaching and behavior change skills.  She is trained in Motivational Interviewing and works closely with other MI trainers providing training both locally and nationally.   Colleen’s area of expertise includes child and adolescent obesity prevention and family-based health promotion in community settings. Colleen received her M.S. degree at Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon, completed her dietetic internship at the University of Minnesota Hospital and Clinics and her B.A. in Food/Nutrition and Dietetics and Psychology from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota.
