Board Certification as a Specialist in Oncology Nutrition Examination and Fee

The Board Certification as a Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (CSO) examination is administered year-round.  To apply for the CSO examination, please follow these steps:

• Log into your My CDR page
• Click on "Specialist Certifications"
• Select CSO certification, then “Apply Now”

Examination Fee:  $350

(Please note:  The examination fee is due when scheduling the examination appointment with the testing vendor.)
