For the Holidays, CDR is closed beginning Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 3:00pm CST through Sunday, January 4, 2026 and reopens on Monday, January 5, 2026.

Upon completion of your supervised practice or DPD program, your program director will initiate the registration eligibility process with CDR.

Candidates approved for registration eligibility are authorized to test for one year at a time. CDR's entry-level examinations are administered by Pearson VUE.
