CDR CPEU Prior Approval Program Accountable Contact Training

First-time Accountable Contacts must complete the training no more than one calendar year before Accountable Contact designation. 

Returning Accountable Contacts must complete the training no sooner than three months before and no later than one month after the start of a new reporting year. To find your Accountable Contact training due date, go to the Contacts tab in your Provider portal. Your due date is listed in the AC Exp column.

To complete this training, you must watch the entire recording, complete the learner assessment, and then download your certificate of completion.
