Craving Change® is a licensed, psychoeducational online training and certification program that provides dietitians with the knowledge, tools and competence to use cognitive-behavioral (CBT) strategies to address the complexities of emotional eating. The ‘how to’ facilitator materials include engaging, thought-provoking CBT-based activities, techniques, tools and resources that can be used for structured Craving Change group workshops, support groups and individual counseling, virtually or in-person. The key goal of the program is to increase eating self-efficacy.

Craving Change helps clients to:

Craving Change was created in 2008 by psychologist Dr. Colleen Cannon and registered dietitian Wendy Shah, who have over 40 years of combined experience helping clients who struggle with their eating. Craving Change is used by health organizations and thousands of licensed clinicians across Canada.
