Beginning at 5:00 pm central time on Friday, September 22, 2017 the following MyCDR functions will not be available due to system upgrades.

PDP logs/plans, specialist certification applications, weight management registrations, CDR credential verification, temporary cards.

All functions should be restored and available by Sunday, September 24, 2017 5:00 pm central time.

Appeals Procedures

An individual may appeal decisions regarding Commission policy/procedures by filing a written appeal. Appeals must be sent to CDR within 30 calendar days after notification of an adverse decision and will be considered by the CDR appeals Panel at its next scheduled meeting. Beginning June 1, 2005, a $20.00 Appeal Review Fee will be required with every appeal submitted. Appeals submitted without the $20.00 fee, will not be considered by the CDR Appeals Panel.
