An individual may appeal decisions regarding Commission policy/procedures by filing a written appeal. Appeals must be sent to CDR within 30 calendar days after notification of an adverse decision and will be considered by the CDR appeals Panel at its next scheduled meeting. Beginning June 1, 2005, a $20.00 Appeal Review Fee will be required with every appeal submitted. Appeals submitted without the $20.00 fee, will not be considered by the CDR Appeals Panel.
